Info on CS1:
Background

After a few years with a company that was hit hard by the recession in 2009, Riaan was forced to be creative. He decided to take his destiny back into his own hands. Soon “Corner Stone” was started. For our 1st year of business we traded as a sole proprietor – trading as “CornerStone”.

“Cow and Stallion t/a CS1” was registered when “CornerStone” turned 1 year old.

CornerStone, a sole proprietor, turned into CS1. A CC with 2 active members, 1 full time Insurance consultant and 2 ad hoc staff members. Not the biggest - but definitely a winning combination!

Anna Jansen and Riaan du Bruyn, the members of CS1, together with the staff will push CS1 to new heights. Anna’s sound financial, administrative and managerial background and experience ensures a healthy heartbeat within CS1. Riaan’s vast knowledge of banking and the NHBRC on the other hand ensures that clients will return for more. These 2 aspects combined create a virtually indestructible mould for the company to wheather any storm.

Mission Statement
  • To adhere to the “Housing Consumer Protection Measurements Act, 1998 (Act nr 95 of 1998)” at all times.
  • To be leaders in our field.
  • To be honest and not get involved in ANY bribing.
  • To be accommodating without neglect to other clients – first come first serve.
  • To look at the client and take their needs and situation into account when assisting in a project. Advising the client of the road best suited, yet allowing him/her the final say.
  • To stay on top of information and be dynamic. Not to be governed by situations, but to proactively grow in an ever-changing world.
  • To be ISO 14001 compliant.
